Job summary

KittySpout seeks a Research & Strategy Analyst for a remote LATAM role. You own the research, data, and drafts that enable engagements, delivering briefs and strategic documents that underpin final recommendations.

You bring 3–5 years in marketing or research, strong written English, and experience pulling data from third‑party platforms. Skilled in market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation, you turn findings into clear, actionable summaries.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English, capable of producing structured, professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling and working with data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Ability to synthesize findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines without close supervision.
• Proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or equivalent presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
