Atomic Hr is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for a remote LATAM-based contract. You will own research, data, and drafts across multiple client engagements and coordinate inputs from internal teams to deliver structured findings.

The role emphasizes market and competitive research, audience segmentation, and high-quality presentations. You will produce first-draft reports, QA deliverables, and manage timelines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English with ability to produce structured reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling and working with data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Ability to synthesize findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines without close supervision.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
