Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst to own research, data, and drafts for engagements across higher education marketing programs. This remote LATAM-friendly role focuses on structured research-to-synthesis outputs that underpin client recommendations.

You will conduct market research, audit marketing experiences, analyze third-party data, and produce first-draft reports using templates. Strong writing, organization, and presentation skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of marketing, research, or agency experience.
• Strong written English; able to produce professional reports.
• Experience pulling data from third-party research platforms.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Able to synthesize findings into clear summaries.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficient in presentation tools (Google Slides/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences (websites, email, inquiry flows).
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms for segmentation and sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from briefs/templates.
• Manage timelines across concurrent engagements; coordinate inputs.
• QA deliverables for accuracy and formatting before leadership.
