Job summary

Influship is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for remote LATAM engagement. You will own research, data, and drafts enabling client engagements, with end-to-end responsibilities on simpler projects and synthesis for complex work.

Responsibilities include market research, audits of marketing experiences, data pulling from third-party sources, and drafting strategic documents using templates. Strong English writing and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English, capable of producing structured, professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Able to synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized, self-directed with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across multiple client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, emails, inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support segmentation and sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from briefs and templates.
• Manage timelines across concurrent engagements with input from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before leadership review.
