Job summary

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist to support the financial operations of a US construction company. This remote role prefers candidates located in Latin America and requires strong AR/AP expertise and QuickBooks Online proficiency.

Responsibilities include invoicing, collections, AP processing, and month-end close support in a fast-paced environment. Prior construction-industry experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Familiarity with the AIA billing process.
• Experience in US construction accounting practices is required.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online and Excel for financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue customer invoices for AR.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile customer payments and prepare AR reports.
• Process vendor invoices and reconcile supplier statements for AP.
• Prepare payment runs and maintain vendor records.
• Assist with month-end closing and ensure policy compliance.
