Pearster is expanding its finance team and seeks a Senior Accountant to join a project for an international client. You will manage general ledger activities, prepare journal entries, and support quarterly and annual closings in a fully remote LATAM role.

You bring 5+ years of accounting experience, solid knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS, and strong Excel skills. The role offers USD compensation with flexible time-off and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• 5+ years in accounting, GL, and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS is preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities and ensure accurate records.
