• Hands-on SQL skills to investigate data
• Experience debugging complex payment systems
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• 3+ years in technical support or operations

Responsabilidades

• Escalate and resolve complex issues end-to-end
• Write and run SQL queries to investigate discrepancies
• Use Claude and other AI tools to speed root-cause analysis
• Trace issues across payment and support systems
• Document root causes and hand off to Engineering
• Create runbooks and knowledge-base articles
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Ops
• Advocate for customers and frontline agents
