Community Sports Partners is seeking a remote Coordinator to build and run sports programs across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will own the process from planning through launch, execution, customer experience and growth, with accountability for delivering filled programs and sound financial results.

The role offers evenings and weekends focus in Toronto/Eastern time, with a base salary of USD $1,000–$1,500 per month plus potential USD $1,000+ per month in performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments or program operations.
• Strong organizational and numerical skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to coordinate people remotely across regions.

Responsibilities

• Planning: assess demand, budgets, launch timelines, venues and staffing.
• Sales: follow up with players to convert inquiries into registrations.
• Execution: coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; resolve issues.
• Growth: build partnerships and expand programs and locations.
• Customer experience: own player communications and resolve complaints.
• Results: track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention.
