Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a highly motivated Coordinator to build and run sports programs from planning through execution in Latin America and the Caribbean. The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and delivering on growth targets while coordinating remote staff and events in the evenings and weekends.

You will manage planning, sales, execution, growth, and customer experience, with progression to Manager after probation and six-month review.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, launching, and managing sports leagues or programs.
• Strong organization and numerical skills; comfort with spreadsheets and operational systems.
• Fluent spoken and written English; ability to coordinate people remotely.

Responsibilities

• Plan demand, budgets, launch timelines, venues, permits, schedules and staffing.
• Follow up with players and captains, convert inquiries into registrations and fill spaces.
• Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; ensure readiness and resolve issues during delivery.
• Build partnerships, campaigns, increase repeat registrations and identify new opportunities.
• Own player communications, resolve complaints and maintain customer confidence.
• Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress and improvements.
