Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Senior Video Editor to craft and optimize video content for advertising, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure high-quality content across YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns.

This role supports the agency’s expansion into Latin America and requires delivering polished work on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in professional video editing, preferably in an agency, media production, or marketing setting.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, plus working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling ability with an understanding of pacing and visual impact.
• Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).
• Technical knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formatting for social media, web, and broadcast.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and smooth transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to improve engagement (text overlays, transitions, logo animations).
• Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with creative teams—designers, copywriters, and strategists—to align visuals with marketing goals.
• Manage video files and organize assets, ensuring structured workflows and version control.
• Review edits and refine content based on internal and client feedback before final delivery.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends to continually improve video effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets, accounting for internal and client review steps.
