You will edit and optimize video content for ads, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists.

This role emphasizes creative storytelling, platform optimization, and timely delivery across YouTube, social media, and paid media, with Latin American expansion in mind.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience (agency/marketing preferred).
• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills; knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing ads, marketing, or corporate videos.
• Strong storytelling with clear pacing, audience engagement and visual impact.
• Fluent English and ability to work with US-based teams.
• Experience editing for YouTube, social platforms, and paid campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Enhance video quality with color, sound, and transitions.
• Add motion graphics and simple animations to boost engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms with correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, thumbnails.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with goals.
• Manage video files and assets with organized workflows.
• Review edits and refine content based on feedback.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and trends.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets.
