Entrepreneur Cooperative seeks a Senior Video Editor to edit and optimize video content for advertising, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to craft high-quality content for YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns.

As part of expanding into Latin America, you’ll shape video strategies and ensure seamless execution across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency, media production, or marketing setting.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling ability with pacing, audience engagement, and visual impact.
• Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).
• Technical knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formatting for multiple platforms.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English communication skills to collaborate with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and TV.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and smooth transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations (text overlays, transitions, logo animations) to improve engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with marketing goals.
• Manage video files and organize assets, ensuring structured workflows and version control.
• Review edits and refine content based on internal and client feedback before final delivery.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends to continuously improve video effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets, accounting for internal and client review steps.
