Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Senior Video Editor to edit and optimize video content for advertising, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to tailor content for platforms like YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns.

As part of expansion into Latin America, you’ll shape video content strategies and ensure seamless execution across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency, media production, or marketing setting.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, plus working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling ability with pacing, audience engagement, and visual impact.
• Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).
• Technical knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formatting for social media, web, and broadcast.
• Highly organized—able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to work with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, TV).

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and smooth transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to improve engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with marketing goals.
• Manage video files and organize assets, ensuring structured workflows and version control.
• Review edits and refine content based on internal and client feedback before final delivery.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends to continuously improve video effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets, accounting for review steps.
