Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Senior Video Editor to craft compelling ads, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns. You will edit and optimize video content for YouTube, social media, and paid media, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists.

The role requires at least 3 years of agency or marketing experience, fluency in English, and strong skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects. Fully remote; collaboration with US-based teams; stay current with platform trends.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency or marketing team.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling ability with clear pacing, audience engagement, and visual impact.
• Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).
• Technical knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formatting for social media, web, and broadcast.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English communication with the ability to work with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, TV).

Responsabilidades

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and smooth transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to improve engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms with correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with marketing goals.
• Manage video files and organize assets with structured workflows and version control.
• Review edits and refine content based on internal and client feedback before final delivery.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends to improve effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets accounting for internal and client review steps.
