Avenga is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager in LATAM, fully remote, to own products end-to-end and drive scope, planning, and delivery with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
You will lead cross-functional delivery with strong Agile/Scrum practices, manage Jira/Confluence, gather requirements, write user stories, and communicate with clients and stakeholders to align on goals and outcomes.
Formación
- This role requires 6+ years in software delivery with 3+ years as a Technical Project Manager.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and end-to-end delivery.
- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge with backlog and sprint management.
- Excellent English communication (Advanced/C1) and client-facing skills.
Responsabilidades
- Act as client-facing owner and strategic link between client, management, and engineering teams.
- Lead, mentor, and unblock the development team, set delivery standards.
- Create and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and release schedules.
- Run Scrum ceremonies, manage sprints and backlogs in Jira.
- Refine requirements, write user stories, and validate designs for feasibility.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Compliance, and Legal teams as needed.
- Deliver status reports with evidence-based updates.
