2am.tech is seeking an experienced Product and Project Manager to lead software development projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring value for customers and seamless collaboration between clients and engineering teams. You will own the backlog, write user stories, define requirements with developers, and manage timelines using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall as needed.

A hybrid work mindset and strong English communication are essential.

Formación

5+ years of experience in Product or Project Management within software.
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Experience leading backlog management and writing user stories.

Responsabilidades

End-to-End Ownership: take full accountability from discovery to delivery.
Client Partnership: maintain transparent communication with clients.
Backlog Management: own backlog, write user stories, estimate tasks with devs.
Liaison & Interpretation: translate client needs into actionable product requirements.
Strategy & Roadmapping: define What and When, create execution timelines.
Discovery: lead Product Discovery sessions to interpret needs.
Reporting & Risk Mitigation: provide status updates and identify blockers.
