Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience delivering large-scale, complex programs in consulting or industry.
• Hands-on exposure to Cyber, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and ERP.
• PMO/TMO/EPMO design, setup, and operations experience.
• Planview/Clarity, Jira/Azure DevOps, MS Project; Power BI/Tableau; GRC/ERP exposure.
• Time flexibility to support US-based collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Establish TMO/PMO/EPMO infrastructure to mobilize and manage programs using EY frameworks.
• Lead a team to design, establish, and deliver operating models and governance across workstreams.
• Track performance, complete status reporting, and realize value across programs.
