AgileEngine is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment. You will own Kubernetes clusters, IaC, and security, enabling scalable, reliable software delivery across multiple time zones.

You will collaborate with engineers, QA, security, and IT to raise reliability, reduce toil, and improve deployment velocity.

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE) and container tooling.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go; solid SQL skills and cloud platform experience.
• Hands-on experience with observability stacks: New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Solid understanding of cloud security and PCI-compliant environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team across time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Strategy, Roadmap & Vision – build the roadmap for DevOps and observability in Data & AI teams.
• Design and build cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Own CI/CD pipelines — GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI with automated rollback.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads with Helm, ArgoCD, or Flux.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Implement security and PCI-aware patterns in CI/CD and cloud deployments.
• Lead incident response with on-call rotations and post-mortems.
• Collaborate with developers on internal platform tooling and self-service.
