AgileEngine is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead AWS-based infrastructure, container platforms, and data workflows. You will design scalable, secure systems, implement CI/CD with Jenkins, and manage cost-efficient operations for mission-critical services hosted in the cloud.

The role emphasizes automation, security, and collaboration across teams, with flexible remote/office options and opportunities to work on Fortune 500-scale projects.

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering supporting 24/7 production environments.
• Advanced AWS: ECS/Fargate, ALB/NLB, Auto Scaling, VPC, Route 53, IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, CloudTrail across accounts.
• Advanced Terraform: reusable modules, S3 remote state, multi-environment deployments.
• Containerization: Docker, ECS task definitions, Dockerfiles, ECR image management.
• CI/CD: Jenkins, Groovy, pipelines, shared libraries, shift-left security.
• Streaming & Data: Kafka/AWS MSK, EMR, Airflow, Athena, S3 Tables.
• Monitoring/Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenSearch.
• Automation: Python (boto3), Bash, AWS Lambda.
• Security: patching, least-privilege access, credential protection.
• Tools & Collaboration: Git, Jira, Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS infra.
• Manage containerized workloads with ECS/Fargate and autoscaling.
• Develop and maintain Terraform modules and Jenkins pipelines.
• Operate and optimize streaming platforms and data infra.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
• Optimize AWS costs through rightsizing and efficient architecture.
• Automate ops with Python, Bash, and Lambda.
• Strengthen security controls and CI/CD security practices.
• Own infra projects end-to-end from design to support.
• Produce clear technical docs and runbooks for support teams.
• Manage infra changes via PRs on a single main branch.
• Use metrics and cost analyses to guide decisions.
