Ideal candidates have 5+ years building high-volume funnels, demonstrated wins with CVR/CPL improvements, and expert multi-step form and quiz tooling. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building lead-gen funnels for non-SaaS verticals.
• Proven scale: 1,000+ leads per month and $100k+/month paid traffic.
• Documented wins with analytics showing CVR/CPL improvements.
• Deep knowledge of multi-step forms and quiz platforms.
• Strong direct-response copy and testing discipline.
• Analytics fluency across GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, UTMs, CRM attribution.
• Latin America-based with professional English writing.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step quiz funnels with sequencing and conditional logic.
• Write direct-response copy for hooks, headlines, and CTAs.
• Run disciplined experimentation: hypothesis, test, learn, iterate.
• Ensure message match between ads and landing pages.
• Collaborate with media buying to align funnel elements.
• Build and launch tests independently without engineering help.
