Job summary

Crucialpoint is seeking a hands-on digital marketing account manager to own client accounts end to end. You will draft brand messaging in Claude, manage SEO, social, and paid media, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting across multiple locations.

The role is fully remote for LATAM contractors, requiring collaboration across US Central and other time zones. You will build Claude-based workflows and processes while maintaining a strong brand voice for clients in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for clients, agency or own practice
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, and ad account structure
• Daily use of Claude and related tools; demonstrated projects built with Claude
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates
• Experience managing several client accounts, often with multiple locations
• Brand and copy judgment you can explain and defend
• Comfort working with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and launch sites & tracking within about two weeks
• Confirm conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves
• Write brand messaging and location pages, drafted in Claude and edited by you
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure
• Structure multi-location accounts for clear metrics and budget allocation
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows used weekly
• Join client calls across time zones
