Job summary

BairesDev, a global technology partner, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large Staff Augmentation programs. You will steer multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver products and transformations, ensuring efficient, high-quality execution.

You will plan results, coach staff, manage budgets and forecast profitability, while maintaining strong client and internal stakeholder relationships. This is a 100% remote role with USD compensation and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Extensive IT industry experience with Agile practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to motivate a diverse team.
• Good English level, both written and spoken for global communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project results, coaching and disciplining employees as needed.
• Coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures for quality.
• Retain staff by fostering a reliable, communicative work environment and growth opportunities.
• Analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, forecast profitability.
• Forecast financial results, schedule expenditures, and take corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic plans for implementing technologies to improve efficiency.
