Agent Careers seeks a Remote Construction Project Manager to coordinate high-end US-based residential projects. You will manage client relationships, support project execution, review blueprints and budgets, and optimize internal processes while communicating with a discerning clientele and a lean, collaborative team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient with reading blueprints, and able to maintain professionalism with high-expectation clients and construction

Formación

• 2–3+ years of professional US-based construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary communication link between management, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Read, understand, and interpret construction blueprints, plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Analyze and evaluate vendor estimates, proposals, and construction budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Track requirements, deliverables, and outstanding items while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget.
