Job summary

Placements24 is recruiting an experienced Remote Project Manager for a distinguished international development organization focused on education and healthcare. You will plan, execute and deliver complex projects on time, within scope and budget, coordinating globally distributed teams and stakeholders.

Requirements include a Master's degree in a related field, 7+ years of international development project management, and proven PMP/PRINCE2 experience to drive results in a remote, multi-country

Qualifications

• Master's degree in International Development, Public Policy, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience, with international development or humanitarian focus.
• Proven success managing complex multi-country projects within budget and schedule.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools.
• Experience working in a remote, globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines and budgets.
• Manage project teams, provide guidance and support.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders across time zones.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide status reports to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and policies.
