AgileEngine is a forward‑looking software company seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, analyzing data for trends, validating data sources, and communicating insights clearly, with a focus on business impact and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience and ability to optimize large queries.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including migrations to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accurate insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and provide service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
