AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop dashboards, analyze data trends, validate data sources, and work with customers to gather requirements, using remote collaboration tools like GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.

The role emphasizes actionable storytelling and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Slack, JIRA and remote collaboration.
