AgileEngine seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports from large datasets for senior leaders and product teams. You will turn complex data into clear insights and actionable narratives.

You will own data sources, maintain models, and collaborate across remote teams. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, fast execution, and delivering business impact with a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for senior leaders and product teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Navigate ambiguity with strategic thinking and clear communication.
