Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation. You will work across CI/CD pipelines, investigate failures, and ensure fast, reliable tests for web, desktop, and mobile apps.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA automation, hands-on testing, and experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, and Appium, plus familiarity with Electron or React Native apps. Remote-friendly fintech environment.

Competenze

4+ years in QA automation
Hands-on manual testing and exploratory testing
Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
Hands-on with Playwright for desktop or web
WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile testing
Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps
Experience using AI tools in QA is a plus

Mansioni

Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable
Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments
Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes
Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria
Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features
Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites
