Bridgenext is seeking a Feature Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of a multi-tenant tax platform. This senior, hands-on role requires owning architectural decisions and guiding delivery teams.

You will collaborate across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and external systems, establish guardrails, and ensure security, reliability, and observability in a remote setup open to Argentina or Colombia.

Formación

• Own Architecture or senior technical design roles for enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, system integration, and API-driven design.
• Experience working in multi-team delivery models with cross-functional collaboration.
• Practical experience writing and reviewing technical specifications, architecture notes, and design documentation.
• Hands-on understanding of multi-tenant concepts, including isolation of data and contextual boundaries.
• Security-conscious design including RBAC and least-privilege access.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture for assigned feature streams from specification through delivery.
• Define application and integration design patterns across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and external systems.
• Drive reuse-versus-build decisions for platform assets and shared components.
• Review and refine specifications and technical plans for clarity and feasibility.
• Establish practical architecture guardrails enabling speed without over-engineering.
• Own architecture direction for AI-enabled capabilities and tool orchestration.
• Define access and governance across user context, roles, and tenants.
• Break architecture into incremental, deliverable slices with team leads.
• Identify cross-workstream dependencies early and support mitigation.
• Ensure non-functional requirements: security, reliability, observability.
• Contribute to architecture checkpoints, PR quality gates, and Definition of Done.
