Job summary

Catalyst Capital is seeking a Security Manager to own security across its brands. You will run the security program, lead incident response, and build a small security team as we grow. This is a hands‑on leadership role, setting direction while still performing core technical work.

You will report to the Head of Technology and brief leadership monthly. The role requires deep crypto/fintech security knowledge with remote team leadership across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security leadership at mid‑ to large‑sized companies.
• Experience leading live incidents, not only tabletop exercises.
• Proven ability to build or rebuild a security program from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the security strategy and roadmap across all brands.
• Lead end‑to‑end incident response and run live incident rooms.
