Job summary

Olé Life seeks a Cybersecurity Lead to own security strategy across LATAM, reporting to the CTO and partnering with engineering, infra, and business teams. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping security direction and driving critical initiatives.

Based in Buenos Aires or Lima with remote work options, you will manage risk, improve cloud security, lead incident response, and ensure compliant, responsible AI usage across our panel of brokers and partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cybersecurity, with hands-on cloud security experience.
• Proven track record in maturing security programs in high-growth companies.
• Ability to translate risk into business terms for diverse teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the security roadmap and drive end-to-end execution.
• Strengthen preventive and detective controls across cloud environments.
• Lead incident response and runbooks.
• Secure AI usage with policies and controls.
• Lead security awareness and training programs.
• Manage third-party and vendor risk.
• Drive ISO 27001 readiness and data protection compliance.
