Job summary

Olé Life, a life insurtech expanding across Latin America, is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead to own security strategy, drive governance, and set the standard for protecting clients, partners, and data in the region.

Reporting to the CTO, you will hands-on lead the security program, strengthen cloud controls, manage incident response, govern AI use, and drive ISO 27001 readiness while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cybersecurity with cloud security experience.
• Proven leadership in maturing security programs in high-growth companies.
• Hands-on incident response experience.
• Ability to explain risk to non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the security roadmap and drive end-to-end execution.
• Strengthen cloud security controls across identities, logging, and monitoring.
• Own incident response plans and playbooks.
• Secure AI usage with data exposure controls.
• Lead security awareness and vendor risk reviews.
• Drive ISO 27001 readiness and regulatory compliance.
