Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join our global SAM team, focusing on Latin America and regional regions from Mendoza, Argentina. You will manage software licensing, entitlements and renewals across multiple publishers in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on SAM experience, knowledge of licensing models, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to optimize licensing and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing or IT Asset Management.
• Experience managing licenses across multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Ability to interpret entitlements, renewals, utilization, compliance and optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate SAM records including entitlements and purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to resolve licensing needs.
• Handle high-volume requests with attention to prioritization and accuracy.
