OpsArmy Careers is seeking a Salesforce Developer I to join our remote, ET-aligned team. This role focuses on data management, CRM configuration, and process improvements across Salesforce to support accurate revenue data and streamlined CRM practices.

The candidate will manage data quality, implement CRM processes, and assist with Go-To-Market operations, reporting, and dashboards while working from a remote setting. Excellent Salesforce expertise and data-driven mindset are essential.

Formación

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise is required.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including objects, reporting, data management, and data hygiene.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with large datasets.
• Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows clearly.
• Experience with remote work and independent task management.

Responsabilidades

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data, including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, and inconsistent records.
• Standardize fields, naming conventions, data structures, and pipeline information.
• Support CRM consolidation, migration, and data cleanup initiatives.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality.
• Implement and maintain CRM processes based on business requirements.
• Support ICP structures and pipeline reporting, dashboards, and data quality.
