OpsArmy is seeking a highly capable Salesforce Developer to join our remote team. You will manage data quality, configure CRM features, and improve revenue operations with accurate reporting and dashboards.

This role requires hands-on Salesforce expertise, strong data discipline, and the ability to work within structured processes. The candidate will drive data cleanup, implement CRM configurations, support ICP structures, and deliver reliable sales data across the org.

Formación

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise and data hygiene
• Experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, workflows
• Ability to build and maintain dashboards and reports
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
• Comfort working remotely with structured processes
• Experience with CRM migrations or data cleanups is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data (accounts, contacts, opportunities)
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM features
• Support revenue and GTM operations with accurate data and processes
• Develop dashboards and operational reports to improve data-driven decisions
• Create documentation and SOPs for CRM processes and workflows
• Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and data quality issues
