Responsabilidades

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality; support CRM processes.
• Build dashboards and operational reports to support revenue planning and forecasting.
• Support CRM consolidation, migration, and data cleanup initiatives.
• Create and maintain documentation and SOPs for CRM processes.
