• Hands-on Salesforce expertise is required.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals: objects, reporting, data management, and data hygiene.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail on large datasets.
• Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data across accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality.
• Support CRM processes, ICP structures, and improve pipeline management and reporting.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
• Document CRM processes and SOPs; promote data hygiene and consistent usage.
• Collaborate with RevOps/ GTM teams to identify improvement opportunities.
