OpsArmy is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our remote team. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role works in the Eastern Time zone, and you will manage Salesforce administration, configuration, data management, and revenue-related solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud, can handle complex datasets, and drive CRM process improvements while ensuring data accuracy and reliable sales data across the platform.

Formación

• Hands-on Salesforce expertise required.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ required.
• Experience with Revenue Cloud required.
• Strong data management and data hygiene skills.
• Ability to configure CRM processes and workflows.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Audit and clean Salesforce data including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Identify duplicates and improve data quality across the system.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
• Support quoting, pricing, product configuration, and revenue processes.
• Build dashboards and reports for revenue and GTM operations.
• Document processes and maintain CRM SOPs.
