Job summary

Virtustant is seeking an experienced Sales Closer to convert qualified leads into paying customers, guiding them through the final stages of the sales process. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and comfortable leading high-stakes conversations, especially over the phone or via video calls.

You will conduct inbound and outbound calls, build rapport, handle objections and pricing questions, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C2 level.
• Proven experience as Sales Closer or similar role.
• Strong track record of closing sales over phone/video calls.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with qualified leads.
• Build rapport and understand prospect needs, goals, and pain points.
• Present products clearly and persuasively, identify buying signals.
• Handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report progress to teams.
