Job summary

Prometeo Talent is collaborating with a fast-growing SaaS company to support contractors in the construction permitting space. The role is 100% remote for candidates in Latin America, with responsibility for resolving permit, account, and billing inquiries while maintaining platform proficiency.

You will navigate CRM tools, provide thoughtful issue resolution, and collaborate with product/ops teams to drive improvements. Strong English is required; Excel and CRM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a phone- or call-based role, conducted in English.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Resolve questions on permit status, document uploads, account setup and billing.
• Use critical thinking when processes don’t fit the playbook and own issue resolution.
