Job summary

Prometeo Talent is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the construction permitting industry in the U.S. to hire a Customer Support Representative for a 100% remote role.

You will handle inbound calls, assist contractors with permit filings, account setup, and billing while learning our platform and maintaining CRM records. Ideal candidates have at least two years of phone-based customer service, full English fluency, and solid Excel/CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service via phone or call center.
• Full fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Resolve questions related to permit status, document uploads, account setup, and billing.
• Log all interactions in the CRM and maintain knowledge of platform workflows.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
