Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking a Customer Support Representative for a 100% remote role serving Latin American customers for a U.S.-based SaaS company. The role focuses on assisting contractors with permit filings, account management, and platform usage while applying independent judgment to resolve non-standard issues.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of phone-based customer service, strong English fluency, and solid Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a phone-based or call center environment.
• Full fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Resolve questions related to permit status, document uploads, account setup, and billing.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolutions and escalate when necessary.
