SupportYourApp is seeking a seasoned T3 Support Engineer for a fully remote position. You will troubleshoot backend, databases, and API issues, reproduce bugs, and implement small fixes while escalating complex cases to Engineering.

Strong SQL, AWS, Sentry, Grafana, and excellent English are essential for success. In this role, you will document findings, maintain runbooks, and help customers navigate the platform.

Formación

• 2+ years in technical support or similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent English (C1) written and spoken.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with production relational databases.
• Experience with AWS, monitoring and error-tracking tools.
• Ability to document findings clearly and communicate to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer issues for a SaaS platform and guide resolutions.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, accounts, and data workflows.
• Demonstrate platform features and provide customer training.
• Collaborate with engineering to diagnose root causes.
• Maintain and update runbooks and knowledge bases.
