Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to join our global team and work from home in a multilingual environment. You will troubleshoot backend, databases, and cross-system integrations, reproduce bugs, analyze logs, and implement small fixes while documenting findings.

Excellent English skills and strong SQL are essential. Experience with AWS, Sentry, Grafana, GraphQL, and REST API debugging is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support, SRE, or Engineering with troubleshooting skills.
• Proven customer-facing experience in a technical support role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with production-scale relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot escalated issues across backend, databases, and integrations.
• Reproduce bugs across web admin consoles, mobile apps, and APIs.
• Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes.
• Query production databases (read-only) to validate data issues.
• Implement small, low-risk fixes and configuration changes.
• Escalate complex issues to Engineering with clear findings and docs.
