Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to join our global, remote SaaS support team. You will troubleshoot escalated issues, analyze logs, and coordinate with Engineering to deliver reliable fixes while maintaining runbooks and knowledge bases.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in technical support or SRE, excellent English (C1), strong SQL, and experience with AWS, Sentry, and Grafana. This is a 100% remote role with international collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and troubleshooting.
• Excellent English communication with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality and account setup issues.
• Guide customers through features and workflows to resolve issues.
• Demonstrate platform usage and explain practices clearly.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and document actions.
• Escalate complex cases to Engineering with findings.
