SupportYourApp is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve backend, DB and integration issues. You will reproduce bugs across web, mobile, and APIs, analyze logs, and perform read-only queries on production databases.

You’ll apply small fixes, document findings, and escalate when needed while supporting clients in a fast-paced, multilingual environment. Ideal candidates have strong English, SQL, and cloud familiarity (AWS), plus experience in customer-facing technical roles.

Competenze

• Excellent written and spoken English at a professional level (C1).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with production relational databases.
• Experience in technical support, SRE, or engineering roles.
• Proven customer-facing experience in tech support.
• Ability to read code and debug with limited guidance.

Mansioni

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues escalated from T1 for backend, databases, and integrations.
• Reproduce bugs across web admin consoles, mobile apps, and APIs.
• Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes of problems.
• Query production databases (read-only) to validate data issues.
• Implement small, low-risk fixes and configuration changes.
• Escalate complex issues to Engineering with clear docs.
• Track incidents through resolution using monitoring tools.
• Maintain runbooks and knowledge bases to reduce escalations.
