Sovos is hiring an eCommerce Sales Representative to drive new logo acquisition and cross-sell growth across our tax information reporting solutions. The role handles the full sales cycle remotely, collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure a seamless lead-to-conversion process.

The position requires 1–3 years in B2B inside sales, strong communication, and experience with CRM platforms. It offers remote work with minimal travel and a focus on growth within SMB segments.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading remote demos and discovery calls.
• Effective time management, territory planning, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Aufgaben

• Prospect within assigned territory to generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and digital engagement.
• Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads, converting prospects into trials, sign-ups, and paid customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through contract close, maintaining consistent activity levels to support pipeline health and quota attainment.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations via phone and video, tailoring messaging to each prospect's business needs and compliance challenges.
• Partner with Customer Success to identify existing customers with unmet needs and expansion opportunities.
