Job summary

Prometeo Talent is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company transforming construction permitting in the U.S. The role supports contractors across the US remotely, focusing on permit filings, account management and platform usage.

You will use critical thinking to resolve non-standard cases and own issues through resolution. We require at least 2 years of English-language customer service experience, full fluency in English, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience on phone-based or call center setups.
• Full fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and workflows in spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and promptly.
• Resolve permit, account, and billing questions with critical thinking.
• Log interactions in the CRM and keep platform knowledge current.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and collect feedback.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to teams.
