Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking experienced operations professionals in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success to optimize CRM workflows and revenue tooling for remote SaaS environments. You will enhance data accuracy, reporting, and cross-system processes driven by strong operational judgment.

Responsibilities include configuring CRMs, managing quoting and billing tools, and creating documentation to guide adoption and improvements across the revenue stack.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
• Identify and resolve operational or policy-related challenges.
• Create clear documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
• Support system adoption and operational improvements.
