Job summary

Getwingapp is seeking an experienced Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations professional to join our fully remote team. You will leverage strong CRM expertise to improve workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and revenue operations across SaaS environments.

You will configure Salesforce or HubSpot, manage revenue tools, build workflows, maintain data quality, and create clear documentation. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential as you help scale our revenue operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong communication and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
• Identify and resolve operational or policy-related challenges.
• Create documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
• Support system adoption and operational improvements.
